Kale Gaston's passion for small business and SBA lending programs was sparked by his upbringing in a family-owned small business and witnessing its positive impact on the community. He continues to be inspired by the COURAGE of small business owners who pursue their dreams in order to make a difference in their families, communities and ultimately the whole country. With more than 35 years of commercial lending and SBA experience, he has held leadership roles in sales and operations teams at various financial institutions, including small community banks, regional banks, and large national banks. Currently, Kale serves as the Head of Government Guaranteed Lending at LendingClub Bank.
