Ethan is the CEO and co-founder of Starfield & Smith, specializing in all aspects of SBA guaranteed lending. He represents SBA 7(a) and 504 lenders in various SBA compliance matters, handles SBA non-bank (SBLC and NFRL) licensing and regulatory issues, and serves as an expert witness in SBA-related disputes.
