Regional lender is seeking a Department Manager for their SBA group. This person will be responsible for leading the sales and operations team, including credit. Hybrid work schedule available.
Requirements:
Management experience is preferred, not required. Minimum 5 years of SBA experience required.
Compensation:
Strong base, plus bonus.
