After working several years in the medical field, Marcia Woebbeking decided it was time for a change. Through many conversations and counsel, she took the leap into the banking world starting her career as a teller and quickly working her way up. Having a passion for math and numbers, Marcia was provided the opportunity to start as an SBA Servicing Specialist to work on their payments and 1502 reporting. The intricacies of this position really spiked her interest and she became hooked on SBA. Marcia is currently working at MidWestOne Bank as an SBA Portfolio Manager.
