After a tenured career in the automotive industry, Jackie Bogdan decided to change her career. Through a series of events, she became a Construction Loan Manager. Fast forward, she transitioned from Construction to Loan Administration and then onto Management of departments. Throughout her career, she has seen the impact that the SBA program has on the people, the community, and the institutions. Jackie has remained in the Administration and Operations side of this program for the last 19 years.  She currently serves as the Director of SBA Loan Services at CrossFirst Bank.
